In this role, you partner closely with site leadership and employees to promote a strong safety culture, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.ResponsibilitiesSupport workplace health and safety programs and initiatives.Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.Coordinate employee training and maintain compliance records.Participate in incident investigations and corrective action planning.Monitor EHS metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.Partner with site leadership to promote a strong safety culture.Qualifications3+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or similar environments.Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices.Experience with training, inspections, audits, and incident investigations.Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Bachelor's degree and/or relevant safety certifications preferred.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rockwall, TX.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
