Job Description CitiTurf is looking for a full-time, experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team!CitiTurf is a fast-growing, locally-owned company serving Sachse, Wylie, Murphy, Plano, Allen, Lucas, Parker, Fairview, McKinney, Frisco and The Colony. We have been in business for 20 years, have more than 180 team members and serve over 10,000 clients. We offer Fertilization and Weed Control, Mowing, Trim Services, Irrigation Repair, Tree & Shrub Health Care and Home Pest ControlOverview:In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and analyze customer needs will be crucial in ensuring a positive experience for all. The ideal candidate has a strong dedication to customer satisfaction and excellent communication skillsJob Roles:Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionallyProvide information and pricing about products and servicesDocument and update client records based on interactionsCollaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance client satisfactionQualifications:Minimum of 1 year customer service experience in an office role; customer service experience with a lawn maintenance, irrigation or pest control company is strongly preferredAbility to build rapport with clientsAbility to prioritize and multi taskAbility to type efficiently while engaging with customers is important for maintaining accurate recordsMust be able to pass pre-employment drug test and background checkWe kindly request no phone calls.
