This position demonstrates and explains to the franchisee how to understand financial statements, produce finished products, resources available to the franchisee for help and how to use the center management software.How you will make a differenceWork with franchisees to identify their specific needs. Support the franchisee's goals and priorities. Be knowledgeable and able to evaluate and assist franchisees in the following key business areas:Financial Analysis including:Balance Sheet and Income Statement analysisOperating ratios/guidelinesCash Flow/Budget projection & Financial Ratio Analysis spreadsheetsPricing strategy and analysisSales & Marketing Management including:Sales & sales management, including the hiring, training and managing sales people and assisting franchisees with outside sales strategiesNational salesperson training, programs and resourcesMarketing and advertising campaigns and programsDatabase, E-Marketing and Local MarketingProduction management including workflowTraining programs available to franchiseesSupport Site resourcesBusiness PlanningCenter Management SoftwareEnsure every center is visited according to company guidelines; including in-person and video conferences.Communicate regularly with appropriate members of the team in Sales Development, Marketing, etc. as appropriate to discuss action plans and ensure timely follow-up with franchisee.Learn new FASTSIGNS products and service lines such as digital signage, FASTSIGNS Credit, small format printing, etc.Participate in the annual Convention, Outside Sales Summit and other events as necessary.Coordinate travel within company guidelines, and stay within assigned regional yearly budget.Assist with special projects as assigned by Director of Franchise Operations, Vice President of Franchise Support and/or Chief Support & Development OfficerA strong candidate will haveBachelor's degree in a business, financial or related field or equivalent work experience.5 or more years of experience in franchising.5 or more years of experience in managing an accounting function in a medium or large size company.Experience in the signage or print industry.Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.We believe that everyone is capable of great things.
