The ideal candidate has experience on construction sites and is a strong communicator and has experience in risk/safety assessment, regulatory compliance, and environmental awareness, and can quickly identify any potential safety concerns on the construction site. This position requires the candidate to regularly plan and execute safety inspections, develop safety programs for both our employees and sub-contractors and participate in ongoing risk/safety assessments of our facilities on the construction site.\nMUST BE BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH AND MANDARIN OR SPANISH\nWhat You'll Do:\nDirects and administers specific functions of the EHS program at the company or project level; (warehouses, offices, and construction site)\nCreates, evaluates, educates, and administers the EHS program for all levels of employees.\nConducts surveys, evaluations, inspections, and investigations of incidents and activities without supervision.\nGathers information and correlates data.\nAble to perform all aspects of EHS training.\nAbility to run multi-projects on one site.\nRefines working knowledge of EHS programs by applying EHS procedures, including but not limited to creating and/or revising safety policies.\nDirect and supervise the activities of subordinates.\nParticipates in monitoring and controlling EHS standards.\nPrepares, maintains, and retrieves records, reports, or documents that may be required to meet corporate or regulatory requirements, including monitoring application of EHS standards.\nPromotes EHS awareness and fosters this awareness throughout the company, project, warehouse, or office.\nPromotes the IFE Culture between clients, co-workers, and subcontractors.\nSupports all IFE Committee Initiatives on-site.\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nRequirements:\nHolder of an OSHA 30-hour certificate.
