If you are energized by recruiting, client interaction, and operational leadership, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career while earning performance-based commissionMissionTo drive workforce success by recruiting top talent, fostering worker engagement, and strengthening client relationships to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.What You’ll Do:Recruit, screen, interview, and onboard contingent workersMaintain a strong talent pipeline to support ongoing staffing needsConduct orientations and pre-employment processesManage daily workforce engagement including attendance, check-ins, and performance monitoringBuild strong relationships with client leadership and workforce teamsAnticipate staffing demands and adjust recruiting strategies proactivelyServe as a primary point of contact for employee onboarding and workplace questionsPartner with HR and compliance teams to ensure labor law and policy complianceSupport employee retention and engagement initiativesOrganize workforce appreciation and client engagement eventsAssist branch operations and additional recruiting efforts as neededWhat Success Looks LikeFast and effective placement of qualified candidatesHigh employee retention and engagementStrong client satisfaction and communicationAccurate onboarding and compliance documentationConsistent workforce coverage and operational supportQualificationsBilingual in English and SpanishOnsite Recruiting experience5+ years of recruiting, staffing, HR, or workforce management experience preferredStrong communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of recruiting strategies and workforce planningFamiliarity with HR processes, employment laws, and compliance standardsProblem-solving mindset with a customer-service approach
