Must be willing to work as needed, 40 HPW is guaranteed.Float Requirements: Must be willing to float to all CHL locations. There is a 35 mile radius between them.Major Responsibilities:  1. Complete initial comprehensive assessment of clients who have identified a need for behavioral health services. Assessment requires clinical interview and contact with collateral providers/natural supports/ family members when possible and appropriate and consent is provided. 2. Complete diagnostic formulation and treatment recommendations. 3. Engage client in safety/crisis planning. 4. Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation when indicated. 5.
