Position Overview We are seeking experienced, passionate Registered Behavior Technicians to work under our BCBA across group homes and in-home settings. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives while growing professionally in a supportive environment. Qualifications Experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental and behavioral challenges. A strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and therapeutic interventions. Proficiency in CentralReach a plus. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to followed detailed instructions and implement behavior plans with fidelity. Physical ability to implement safety procedures and engage in active therapy sessions. Responsibilities Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA, focusing on skill acquisition and behavior reduction. Collect accurate data on client behaviors and profess using CentralReach. Convert sessions in CentralReach promptly after each session, maintaining up-to-date and accurate records. Engage with clients professionally, building rapport and maintaining a positive therapeutic environment. Conduct one-on-one sessions following ABA principles and methodolgies. Monitor client progress and report observations to supervising BCBAs. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members. Maintain client confidentiality and always adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
