The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data integration and management, with expertise in various technologies and methodologies. As an ETL Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ETL processes that facilitate the movement and transformation of data from multiple sources into our data warehouse. Your analytical skills and technical proficiency will play a crucial role in ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for business intelligence purposes.\nDuties\nTroubleshoots production issues, identifying root cause and implementing sound technical resolutions in a timely manner.\nRecommends technical solutions to reported problems, identifying pros and cons of each solution.\nEngages project sponsors to understand business concerns / objectives and collaboratively identify and implement solutions.\nCreates, enhances and maintains custom and COTS applications.\nPlan, develop, test and install systems solutions to enable new business lines and/or departments as well as special Client requests.\nRecognizes, raises awareness to and implements improvements in IT keep-it-running activities.\nMentors and cross-trains team members on IT keep it running processes, ensuring supportability across the team.\nTrain users on the new/modified applications.\nQuality control of application system functionality to ensure data integrity and system synergy with all peripheral devices.\nConfirms software solutions by conducting tests and modifying code and/or configuration.\nProvide guidance and support the end users in their efforts to become more proficient in the use of the applications.\nGenerate Ad-hoc reports as needed.\nProvides reference documentation by writing and maintaining functional and technical specifications.\nMaintains system and programming guidelines by adhering to the software development lifecycle.\nEducation:\nHigh School Diploma or GED\nBachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent combination of education and related experience.\nSkills/ Requirements:\nThree (3) years of experience in an applications development or configuration software role.\nETL/SSIS experience strongly preferred\nC# console application and .NET development experience preferred\nStrong SQL experience creating and maintaining stored procedures preferred\nExperience with Cisco Tidal or other similar automated scheduling tools preferred\nAbility to act independently to resolve problems.\nGood verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.\nMust show a sense of urgency, being able to perform and multitask under pressure.\nMust be able to provide on-call support on a rotating basis.\nMust be able to work remote in a home office environment\nThe ability to telework.
