Elmington Living specializes in managing multi-family communities through outstanding on-site management and maintenance teams.POSITION SUMMARY:The Vice President of Marketing for will spearhead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies. This role requires a proactive leader with deep industry knowledge, a creative mindset, and strong analytical and strategic skills to drive our marketing efforts and achieve our business objectives.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning. Utilize insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics.Campaign Execution: Oversee the creation and execution of targeted marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, social media, and events.Content Management: Develop and manage content strategies for websites, blogs, social media, and promotional materials to effectively increase leasingBudget Oversight: Develop and manage the marketing budgets for each property and campaign, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and monitoring the effectiveness of marketing expenses. Brand Consistency: Maintain and enhance the company's brand image, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all marketing channels and materials.Performance Metrics: Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs.KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:Attention to detailTyping and ten-key skillsMath skillsAnalytical skillsCommunication proficiencyEthical conductStrong organizational skillsMultitasking on several projects at onceProblem-solving and decision-making skillsSelf-motivatedBasic knowledge of accounting and financial principlesSPECIFIC EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE:Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the property management or real estate sectorPHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:Frequently sit, stand and walk.Regularly required to talk or hear.Frequently required to use hands or fingers to handle or feel objects, tools or controls.Occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.Vision abilities to include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus.The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.Temperature in the workplace is typically moderate, though the ability to withstand seasonal cold and heat of the outdoors is necessary.TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:50% travel required at this time.The Elmington ExperienceWe're creating a different kind of company at Elmington.
