Analyze and resolve any real time issues in production and help the support team by knowledge sharing and brainstorming. Assist in system implementation and sustainment. Assist with testing and acceptance of the applications. Strong background in client/server software model, including supporting infrastructures, such as databases, networking, Linux, Intel/Windows servers, security and monitoring. Proven experience with clustering technologies. Proven familiarity with batch/shell scripting. Experience writing SSIS ETL packages and strong understanding of the ETL process. Ability to write and troubleshoot SQL code and design stored procedures, functions, tables, views, triggers, indexes, constraints. Proven experience handling a tier 1/ high availability system. Demonstrated strong partnering, coaching and mentoring skills.
