THAADetailed Job Description:The Business Analyst Employee Benefits will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders andIT teams to deliver digital and operational solutions supporting Employee Benefits insuranceplatforms. The role involves requirement elicitation, business process analysis, and supporting Agiledelivery for benefits such as Group Life, Disability, Leave Management, Claims, and Enrollment.Minimum years of experience*: 8-10 yearsCertifications Needed: NoTop 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:1.
