Visual Arts Teacher - Leave Replacement for the School Year

Visual Arts TeacherPierre Van Cortlandt Middle School, of the Croton Harmon Union Free School District, is seeking a leave replacement visual arts teacher for the 2026-27 school year. The candidate should have a passion for teaching and the ability to build rapport with middle school students in an environment that values 21st century skills and learning. Responsibilities include developing connections with students, cultivating mutual respect, designing and managing fine arts instruction, integrating arts and humanities through experiential learning, collaborating with educators to infuse technology, managing classroom behavior, and communicating effectively with staff, students, parents, and the community.Qualifications include a masters degree and NYS certification in visual arts (pre K-12).
