Aircraft Mechanic (UNLICENSED) – Heavy MRO Facility We are seeking skilled and motivated Aircraft Mechanics to join our team at a leading Heavy Maintenance Repair & Overhaul (MRO) facility. This is an excellent long-term opportunity for experienced aviation maintenance professionals who take pride in quality workmanship and safety. Position Highlights: Pay: $25–$33/hour (based on experience) Aircraft: B737 and A319/320/321 series Tools: Must provide your own standard aviation toolset Experience: Minimum of 3 years of MRO or heavy check experience required License: No licensure required Environment: Fast-paced, team-oriented heavy maintenance facility with consistent work and growth opportunities Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience performing heavy structural, systems, and operational checks on commercial narrow-body aircraft, with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and attention to detail.
