The Junior Systems Administrator will support the firm's day-to-day technology operations by assisting with system administration, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining network and cloud-based environments. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated IT professional to develop their technical skills while contributing to the success of a growing firm.\r\nJob Description\r\nAssist with the administration and support of Microsoft Azure environments\r\nSupport and maintain Active Directory user accounts, permissions, and organizational units\r\nAssist with Group Policy management and troubleshooting\r\nSupport Microsoft Exchange and email-related administration\r\nTroubleshoot networking and connectivity issues\r\nProvide technical support for hardware, software, and system-related issues\r\nAssist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including account provisioning and access management\r\nPerform routine system maintenance, updates, and monitoring\r\nDocument IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting processes\r\nCollaborate with IT Director on projects and infrastructure improvements\r\nCandidates Must Possess The Following Qualifications\r\nAssociate's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field\r\n2-4 years of experience through internships, help desk roles, or related IT positions\r\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Azure, networking, Group Policy, Active Directory, and Microsoft Exchange\r\nPositive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent communication skills\r\nAbility to maintain strict confidentiality, strong ethics, and professional conduct\r\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities\r\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills\r\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively with a team environment\r\nWillingness to learn and grow within the IT field\r\nPreferred Certifications\r\nCompTIA A+ Certification\r\nCisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)\r\nTravel Requirements\r\nOccasional travel (approximately 10% or less) to DGPerry office locations as needed.\r\nWork Location\r\nIn-person at our Columbus, Ohio office. While this role is primarily on-site, flexibility will be offered over time based on performance and business needs.\r\nSchedule\r\nMonday-Friday, 8am-5pm\r\nOccasional evening, overnight or weekend on-call support as needed.\r\nWe value our team members and offer a very competitive salary and benefits package.
