This role will lead technical work focused on cloud-enabled scalability, reliability, and delivery excellence. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Technical Services environment.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $186,368 – $223,642 annuallyResponsibilities Architect and manage end-to-end integrations for key systems Define integration patterns and API standards across the GTM stack Lead incident response and improve observability and alerting protocols Collaborate with Revenue Operations to create scalable technical solutions Assess third-party tools for build-vs-buy propositions Design and develop internal applications to reduce SaaS dependency Establish internal coding practices and streamline deployment processesQualifications 8+ years in software engineering with systems integration/internal platform focus Expert-level proficiency in Python, capable of writing production code Deep experience with Salesforce and a cloud data warehouse (Snowflake or BigQuery) History of developing internal tools that replaced commercial SaaS products Strong understanding of data modeling, API design, and ETL/ELT patterns Experience with integrations in billing, finance, or quote-to-cash systems Proven ability to work autonomously in ambiguous, fast-paced environments Excellent communication skills for engaging non-technical stakeholdersBenefits Access to developer productivity tools, including AI coding assistants A company-funded budget for using modern AI tools Focus on pragmatic AI-assisted development methodologies Opportunity to work with cutting-edge models and frameworks Ownership through Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) in the company' successOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
