The ideal candidate will specialize in diagnosing and treating disorders of the gastrointestinal (GI) tract and liver. This role involves providing high-quality patient care, performing diagnostic procedures, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary medical team to ensure comprehensive treatment for patients.Key Responsibilities:Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with gastrointestinal conditions and disorders.Perform and interpret diagnostic procedures such as endoscopy and colonoscopy when required.Develop individualized treatment plans for patients with digestive system diseases.Provide consultation and follow-up care for patients with chronic GI conditions.Educate patients on preventive care, diet, and lifestyle modifications related to digestive health.Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.Qualifications:MD or DO with specialization in Gastroenterology.Board certified or board eligible in Gastroenterology.Valid Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain one.Experience performing GI procedures is preferred.Excellent clinical judgment and strong communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented clinical environment.Schedule:Flexible part-time schedule based on patient demand and clinic needs.Benefits:Competitive compensationFlexible working hoursSupportive clinical and administrative staffOpportunity to work in a modern healthcare facility
