This is not flexible. Big tech only or legacy enterprise backgrounds will not be consideredRecent, hands-on and active, not just overseeing. You can talk through production-grade AI agent systems you've personally shipped, including multi-agent orchestration and model routingStrong startup pedigree. Ideally from a hot, branded, high-growth company or with genuine early-stage ownershipHave led a team of 10+ engineers while staying technically engaged, not someone who has moved fully into people management7+ years in AI/ML engineeringComfortable being a recruiting magnet in your own right.
