We'll begin with a single project, and if it's a great fit, there is potential for ongoing work throughout 2026 and beyond.\nInitial Projects (2026)\nUpdate and improve our Advanced Drone Course\nUse AI tools to develop new FAA Part 107 practice questions\nCoordinate instructor review and validation of assessment questions\nUpload and manage content in our LMS (Litmos) and SCORM courses\nAssist with more complex Litmos administration and troubleshooting\nUpdate our Basic Flight Training course\nHelp review courses for instructional quality, consistency, and regulatory compliance\nPotential Future Projects (2027)\nDevelop new course content\nRefresh and modernize existing SCORM courses\nAssist with new curriculum initiatives as our training library grows\nWe're Looking For Someone Who Has Experience With\nAI tools (especially for research, content creation, and productivity)\nLearning Management Systems (Litmos experience is a plus)\nSCORM packages and online learning content\nInstructional design and curriculum development\nWorking with subject matter experts to create educational content\nQuality assurance and content review\nExcellent writing and editing skills\nStrong organization and attention to detail\nScorm file troubleshooting and reporting issues\nBonus Qualifications\nDrone industry experience\nFAA Part 107 knowledge\nAviation or technical training experience\nExperience developing professional or workforce education\nExperience developing high school curriculum\nIdeal Person\nYou enjoy taking complex information and making it easy to understand. You're comfortable using AI as a productivity tool, love improving existing content, and have an eye for details that others miss.
