Reports any equipment malfunction and or damage to supervisor.\r\nInspects jobs after completion and obtains customer signatures for approval purposes, and requests payments when necessary.\r\nPerforms daily monitoring and tasks on assigned water jobs to residential and/or commercial customers with urgency.\r\nResponsible for making daily adjustments to the drying plan based on meter readings.\r\nInspects jobs after completion and obtains customer signatures for approval purposes, and requests payments when necessary.\r\nResolves issues with customers, communicates customer issues, daily job activities with supervisor and key company staff.\r\nPrepares documentation and pictures according to company policies and procedures to ensure reimbursement from insurance companies.\r\nJob RequirementsHigh school graduate or equivalent\r\nExperience in the restoration or construction industry not required but preferred\r\nValid Drivers' License and satisfactory driving record\r\nGood verbal and written and communication skills\r\nGood customer service skills\r\nExperience with using mobile software to enter data\r\nCan read and follow product label usage instructions\r\nReports to work on time in a clean, complete uniform\r\nMust be able to prioritize activities and meet deadlines\r\nCertifications are not required but preferred:\r\nWTR Water Damage Restoration Technician\r\nASD Applied Structural Drying Technician\r\nPhysical Demands and Working ConditionsThe physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of this job.
