Your work will directly influence product quality, time-to-market, and the scalability of our hardware portfolio.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nPartner & Program Leadership\r\nBuild and manage strong relationships with OEM and ODM partners, acting as the primary technical and operational interface.\r\nEstablish clear communication channels, governance models, and escalation paths to ensure alignment and accountability.\r\nDrive partner performance through structured reviews, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.\r\nOperational Excellence & Process Rigor\r\nOptimize processes that support an outsourced hardware development model.\r\nDrive program discipline around planning, execution, risk management, and change control.\r\nEnsure partners adhere to engineering standards, quality expectations, and compliance requirements.\r\nRoadmap & Portfolio Execution\r\nCollaborate with product management to translate roadmap priorities into actionable program plans.\r\nDrive cross-functional alignment across engineering, supply chain, quality, and operations to ensure successful delivery.\r\nTrack program milestones, dependencies, and risks, ensuring transparency and proactive mitigation to meet time to market expectations.\r\nCross-Functional Collaboration\r\nServe as a bridge between internal engineering, product and operations teams and external partners, ensuring technical requirements are understood and met.\r\nFacilitate design reviews, technical deep dives, and issue-resolution sessions.\r\nInfluence decision-making through data-driven insights and structured program reporting.\r\nQualifications\r\nRequired\r\nBachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Hardware, or related field preferred).\r\nProven experience in the technology and manufacturing (T&M) industry, particularly with outsourced engagement models.\r\nExperience scaling outsourced hardware development programs.\r\nStrong understanding of product development lifecycles, manufacturing processes, and quality systems.\r\nExceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.\r\nAbility to bring structure and rigor to ambiguous or evolving environments.\r\nAbility to influence without authority across global, cross-functional teams.\r\nWillingness to travel up to 25% of the time (domestic and international)\r\nRalliant Corporation Overview\r\nRalliant, originally part of Fortive, now stands as a bold, independent public company driving innovation at the forefront of precision technology.
