Job Opportunity only available for residents in Latin America.We're seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic AI studio team. These roles will focus on building and optimizing applications that power our AI-driven video production pipeline, with a strong emphasis on backend proficiency in Python frameworks.Candidates must be self-starters with significant experience in AI production, capable of independently delivering modular, high-quality solutions without requiring extensive training.Required QualificationsAdvanced English level (B2 or Higher) to ensure fluent communication with teams / clients.6+ years of hands-on experience in the IT industry as a Developer.5+ years of Full Stack Development experience, with 2+ years focused on AI production or machine learning applications.Strong backend proficiency in Python and frameworks like Django or Flask, with experience building scalable APIs and services.Secondary frontend skills in modern frameworks (e.g., React, Svelte) to support user-facing interfaces for AI tools. Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML models into production systems, particularly for creative media or video processing.Proven ability to design modular systems and solve complex technical problems independently.Experience mentoring teams and implementing best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment.Strong communication skills for collaborating in a distributed, fast-paced team environment.Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).Preferred SkillsExperience with video production tools or libraries (e.g., FFmpeg, OpenCV) or cloud-based rendering services.Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for scalable AI deployments.Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or Kubernetes.Prior work in creative industries, AI-generated content, or enterprise e-commerce systems.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop scalable full stack applications, with a focus on robust backend systems using Python frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask) to support AI-driven video production.Break down complex AI production challenges into modular, maintainable systems for video content generation, processing, and optimization.Integrate AI/ML models (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar) into production pipelines for video rendering and editing workflows.Collaborate, even mentor junior team members, fostering proper development practices and code quality standards for the client.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PMs, designers, engineers) to enhance AI content systems and streamline workflows.Optimize application performance and scalability to handle high-volume video processing demands.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real-time production environments.What do we offer?100% Remote work.Competitive salary in USD.Type of contract: Independent Contractor with Venon Solutions LLC.Contract duration: Long-term.2 weeks of PTO (paid time off).Paid Holidays: from the Client's calendar (USA)Working hours: Full-time EST timezone, fully committed.
