GED leads the acquisition, integration, and modernization of mission‑critical ground systems across the full lifecycle.\n\nAs space and data‑driven missions evolve at unprecedented speed, GED is reimagining the future ground architecture. In this role, you will provide trusted acquisition and program management expertise to guide rapid R&D efforts, shape prototype development, and ensure the delivery of next‑generation capabilities essential to national security.\n\nKey Responsibilities to include:\n\nDevelop acquisition strategies and documentation in partnership with government technical and contracting teams to enable effective program planning and execution.\n\nSupport prototype acquisition activities, including planning, solicitation, evaluation, award, and execution for IDIQ Task Orders, BAAs, and non‑traditional vehicles such as OTAs and CSOs.\n\nDraft core acquisition artifacts, including SOWs, CDRLs, In‑Scope Determinations, and proposal evaluation criteria.\n\nMonitor and support program financial execution, providing insight into budget planning and resource alignment.\n\nCoordinate transition of prototype capabilities into baseline programs for long‑term operations and maintenance.\n\nProvide acquisition advisory support during technical and cost evaluations, ensuring objective, mission‑aligned recommendations.\n\nCollaborate with technical teams to document requirements, assess technical solutions, and identify blockers impacting development progress.\n\nTrack technical execution across development teams, ensuring alignment with acquisition strategy and program objectives.\n\nSupport SAFe Agile program activities, contributing to planning, coordination, and iterative delivery processes.\n\nQualifications\nRequired Education & Experience\n\nBachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience; Master’s degree and 3+ years; PhD and 0 years.
