This role involves answering both general help questions and complex, data-heavy accounting queries.Requirements:Active user of QuickBooks Online (QBO)Proven experience in accounting or bookkeepingPrior experience with omnichannel chat supportStrong understanding of financial concepts and data analysisAbility to handle complex, data-driven accounting questionsExperience working with SMB clients preferred.Responsibilities:Respond to customer queries via omni chat platformsHandle accounting-related questions requiring deep financial expertiseSupport SMB business owners with bookkeeping and financial guidanceAnalyze and interpret financial data to provide accurate responsesComplete assigned PPT-based tasks as neededNice to HaveSMB business owners with hands-on accounting experiencePreviously engaged experts with relevant domain expertiseAccountants/bookkeepers comfortable with high-volume, data-heavy queriesPerks of Freelancing With Turing:Work at the forefront of AI applications in accounting and finance.Fully remote and flexible work environment.Opportunity to collaborate on high-impact projects with global reach.Offer Details:Commitment: upto 40 hrs/week.Duration: ~ 2 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and project needs.After applying, you will receive an email with a login link.
