The incumbent will report directly to the designated supervisor or team leader.\n**Core Responsibilities**:\nEfficiently select and assemble required materials from storage locations, ensuring orders are complete, packed, and/or repacked as necessary, with appropriate labeling and marking before moving to staging areas.\nExecute the loading and unloading of trucks safely and with precision.\nOperate a variety of material handling equipment, including industrial trucks, ensuring safety protocols are followed.\nConduct thorough audits of finished goods received from production, accurately completing associated documentation.\nCoordinate the timely delivery of component materials to designated work areas as directed by supervisor.\nPerform routine inspections and maintenance on power handling equipment to ensure operational readiness including identifying, documenting, and communicating any malfunctions, defective materials, or other irregular conditions.\nUphold a clean, orderly, and efficient work environment.\nComply with all established safety guidelines and regulations.\nAdhere to the production schedule as posted.\nGenerate inventory control data for pallets and outbound shipments as requested.\nCompile and submit end-of-shift reports.\nAll other duties as assigned.\nEducation, Experience and Skills Required:\nMust have at least one year of experience in operating a reach truck or cherry picker machine.\nMust have at least one year of experience in working with picking processes - RF gun experience highly preferred.\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.
