The ideal candidate will be collaborative, innovative, and capable of providing effective AI solutions for various internal and federal projects.\n\nThis role requires a deep understanding of legacy applications, emerging technologies, AI technologies, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.\n\nDUTIES\n\nDeployment, DevSecOps & Infrastructure\n\nImplement secure DevSecOps pipelines for AI applications\nDeploy solutions in AWS cloud environments\nBuild and manage infrastructure using Terraform, Helm or other IaC tools\nWork with containerized applications (Docker/Kubernetes)\nEnsure systems meet security and compliance requirements (especially federal environments)\n\nAgentic System Design & Development\n\nDesign and build Agentic AI systems using frameworks such as LangChain, Lang Graph, MCP, or similar\nDevelop multi-agent or task-oriented architectures for autonomous workflows\nIntegrate AI agents with enterprise APIs, data platforms, and external tools\nDefine agent workflows, orchestration logic, and tool-use strategies\nEvaluate when to use LLM-based vs traditional approaches\n\nAI Engineering & Data Systems\n\nBuild RAG pipelines using embeddings and vector databases\nImplement vector search and retrieval strategies for knowledge-based agents\nWork with structured and unstructured data for AI-driven applications\nApply AI/ML fundamentals to improve agent reasoning and performance\n\nTesting, Evaluation & Optimization\n\nDevelop testing and evaluation pipelines for agentic workflows and LLM systems\nImplement unit and integration testing for AI-enabled systems\nOptimize systems for accuracy, latency, cost, and reliability\nValidate and monitor AI outputs for quality and consistency\nDeliver production-grade, scalable AI agent solutions\nSupport Agile development practices and iterative delivery\nDocument architecture, workflows, and decisions\nStay current with advancements in Agentic AI and LLM technologies\n\nEDUCATION\n\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field\n\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\n\n1–2 years of hands-on experience implementing or deploying DevSecOps\n3+ years of Agile software development and DevSecOps experience\nExperience implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC)\nStrong programming skills in Python (primary); JavaScript (preferred)\nWorking knowledge of:\nLinux environments\nSQL and relational databases\nVector databases\nMust be able to obtain and maintain a High-Risk Public Trust or equivalent federal client access.
