Apply now!\nWHAT YOU’LL DO: Responsibilities\nWhat you can expect on a typical day:\nConfiguration of the WorkForce Software (WFS) Suite (Time, Scheduling, Integrations, etc.) according to the client business requirements using JavaScript, HTML, or other scripting tools\nConfirmation and refinement of business requirements with the client in meetings and client workshops\nComprehension of the WorkForce Software Product configuration requirements (i.e., correct naming conventions and how this impacts the database, customizing templates, troubleshoot settings, proper sequence of product setting implementation)\nUnderstanding of the project scope and implementation approach for assigned projects\nGuide complex issues including administrative and configuration challenges\nCommunicate roadblocks and seek out guidance in a timely manner\nCreate complex formulas that leverage mathematical and/or programming skills\nPerform unit and system testing of configured application and ensure test cases pass as described by their requirements\nTO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements\n2-4 years’ experience in software implementations\nMinimum 2 years’ experience with programming language, preferably JavaScript, HTML and SQL\nExperience implementing or training on a packaged software system or highly complex internally developed application\nFamiliarity with a report writer such as crystal reports, Cognos, actuate, etc.\nIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills with a strong emphasis on Excel\nUnderstand waterfall and agile methodologies, frameworks, and practices in a services delivery role\nAbility to travel up to 10% with the potential for international travel.\nAssociates that are located near an ADP or WorkForce office, would be expected to follow the ADP hybrid work model.\nA college degree is great but not required.
