The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and mapping data to support various business processes, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. This role requires strong expertise in SFDC CRM, Excel, and data modeling tools.Key ResponsibilitiesData Analysis: Analyze data and reports generated from SFDC to support Opportunity Management, Lead Management, and Deal Registration processes Utilize Excel to perform detailed data analysis and generate insightful reports Provide data-driven insights to support business decision-makingData MappingMap data across different systems and ensure data consistency and accuracy Develop and maintain data mapping documentation to support integration and migration projects Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure alignment with business processesTechnical ExpertiseDemonstrate a strong understanding of SFDC CRM, including Opportunity Management, Lead Management, and Deal Registration processes Utilize CRMA (Customer Relationship Management Analytics) for advanced data analysis and reporting (bonus) Familiarity with Sales IDS, QlikView, and other data modeling tools (bonus)CollaborationWork closely with Salesforce developers, administrators, and business analysts to ensure data integrity and alignment with business processes Engage with the SFDC Release Manager and other team members to coordinate data-related activities and timelinesDocumentation And ReportingMaintain detailed documentation of data analysis and mapping processesProvide regular reporting on data analysis outcomes and data mapping progressRequired Skills : * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field * 3 years of experience in data analysis and data mapping, with a focus on Salesforce (SFDC) environments * Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting * Strong understanding of SFDC CRM, including Opportunity Management, Lead Management, and Deal Registration processes * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills * Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with CRMA (Customer Relationship Management Analytics) * Familiarity with Sales IDS, QlikView, and other data modeling tools * Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Confluence
