Dispatcher/Logistics Coordinator

MacCARB is a beverage gas service company which we deliver CO2 and other various gases to fast food restaurants, breweries, and other locations that have fountain soda or draft beer. This position can and will be fast pace, and being able to multitask will be essential to performing this job well. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. · Records information such as name, address, article to be repaired, or service to be rendered and products to be delivered. · Prepares work order and distributes to Route Delivery Drivers. · Schedules service call and dispatches Route Delivery Drivers. · Calls or writes customer to ensure satisfactory performance of service. · Keeps record of service calls and work orders. · Dispatches orders and relays messages and special instructions to mobile crews and other departments. · Collaborate with management to modify daily routes to accommodate the needs of customers. · Cultivate strong relationships with drivers and customers to reduce the stress that comes with last minute schedule changes. · Monitor any sudden route changes or road construction issues and work with drivers to establish new routes for timely deliveries. · Able to work in a dynamic fast paced work environment that experiences constant change to satisfy our customer needs. · Responsible for preparing reports/paperwork that meet FDA rules and regulations along with following Company policies.
