In this role you will get to research, plan, develop, implement and grow the Company's Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) service offering in Texas.\n\nThis role is eligible for a Hybrid or Remote Work Arrangement for candidates located in Texas.\nOur Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) group provides comprehensive solutions to the most complex transportation and traffic congestion use cases. From freeways to toll roads to transit routes, we deliver adaptive systems for every need, optimizing any transportation network. We are looking for a strong ITS Leader, to help deliver industry-leading transportation management solutions. We are looking for out-of-the-box thinkers, and technology-focused professionals to add to our team! In this role, you will be responsible for the scope development, scope management and commercial performance of the project to meet project goals and objectives. You will be expected to plan and define program goals and develop methods to accomplish them.\n\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nDeveloping a sales pipeline in Texas.\nMarketing Parsons services to potential customers.\nMeeting with sales-qualified leads.\nCoordinating with Parsons Texas business development leaders.\nCommunicate with Parsons Connected Communities regional managers.\nCreating and overseeing the development and implementation of programs.\nDelegating tasks and employees to key program roles.\nGrowing the Company's ITS service offering in the state of Texas.\nPerform regional ITS business development in a doer/seller model.\nNegotiate changes to the scope of work with the client and key subcontractors.\nMarket and secure additional work with client.\nWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:\nMinimum of 20+ years of relevant experience\n4-year degree in BS/BA\nDemonstrated ability to manage ITS projects, interface with clients\nProven ability to perform in a management capacity, excellent written and oral communications\nKnowledge of ITS\nDemonstrated leadership skills\nStrategic mindset\nWritten and verbal communication skills\nInterpersonal skills\nSuccessful track record in business development\nProficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting\nProven ability to plan and manage resources\nWhat Desired Skills You'll Bring:\nProfessional registration may also be required.\nEstablished ITS industry relationships\nAbility to deliver presentations effectively\nA business acumen with a strategic ability\nExcellent organizational and leadership skills\nAn analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities\nExcellent communication skills\nPrevious experience as a Seller / Doer working with Intelligent Transportation Systems\nMinimum Clearance Required to Start:\nNot Applicable/None\nThis position is part of our Critical Infrastructure team.\nFor more than 75 years, our experts have designed and delivered the critical infrastructure that connects and protects communities around the world.
