For more information, please visit us at www.goalorientedacademics.com.\n~~~Full-Time or Part-Time Executive Functioning Instructor and/or Content Tutor~~~\nQUALIFICATIONS\nSuperior organizational skills\nBA/BS required\nMust have a passion for learning\nPrior experience with neurodiverse populations preferred\nOrganizational skills required to schedule and manage a busy caseload of students\n1+ years in educational/clinical setting working with youth 10 years and older\nAcademic background with the ability to tutor one or more content areas preferred. These subjects include but are not limited to: English, Critical Reading, History, Spanish, Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Statistics, Calculus, lower level Math, History, Gov and Writing\nMust be available Sunday (9am-5pm PST) plus 4 weekdays between the hours of 2-10pm PST weekdays\nMust be comfortable using various software and technology\nJOB SUMMARY\nAs an Executive Functioning and/or Content Instructor, you will work 1:1 with students to help them identify and change the habits preventing their success in school and other aspects of their life. You will also support their positive growth as individuals. We are looking for someone whose beliefs line up with the philosophies and science of cognitive behavioral therapy who wants to work with neurodiverse students to learn more effective habits. We want to meet people who are deeply interested in and passionate about helping students alter their patterns of behavior to achieve success and reducing social stigma in the community.
