We are a small team of 8 employees that is starting to grow rapidly.\nPosition Summary:\nThe Systems Engineer will be responsible for documenting, developing, designing, building, testing, programming, and configuring automated control systems and software solutions to support customer and internal projects. This role will require utilizing project experience in SCADA and PLC development, system design, and industrial processes to deliver completed systems. Skills, processes, and technologies will vary based on project requirements. The Systems Engineer will work under the direction of Senior Systems Engineers and Project Managers and will have room for career progression.\nResponsibilities:\nMaintain proficiency in assigned technologies to complete projects\nMaintain/obtain certification in core technology stacks\nQuickly learn processes and technologies and apply knowledge to benefit the company\nQualifications:\nWe are looking for candidates with experience working with integrated processes, electrical control systems, SCADA, PLCs, and software development. Experience with Rockwell Studio Designer 5000, Inductive Automation Ignition, Aveva/Wonderware InTouch/System Platform, EcoStruxure Machine Expert, Rockwell FactoryTalk View Site/Machine Edition, and Maple Systems EBPro is preferred. Candidates should also have strong problem-solving skills, computer and Ethernet networking proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.\nWork Environment:\nThe Systems Engineer will work in conditioned office spaces for development tasks. However, project activities may require work in panel build shops and at customer sites, including industrial freezers, wastewater plants, chemical storage facilities, and other locations.
