Employees in this position will be responsible for operating and maintaining fluid pumps and other equipment during operations as well as before and after job completion. You may be required to perform a variety of tasks or job duties assigned by the Supervisor. You will be required to communicate closely with the field specialist. Perform all duties in compliance with customer and company policies and procedures and applicable regulations. Actively participates in safety meetings to identify and address risks and hazards.Requirements:Primary Responsibilities (Not listed in relation to their priority)\r\nOperate, service, and maintain equipment\r\nTrain team members\r\nDisplay extensive knowledge of rigging and outside operations ofpump, iron, and wellhead\r\nComplete all documentation required for equipment service,inspections, and maintenance\r\nWill be able to operate or drive all of the equipment\r\nComply with required safety and operational procedures\r\nAssists other employees with equipment rigs up and rig down\r\nOperate fluid pumps associated with processes including treatmentprocedures\r\nPerform required inspections and maintenance of equipment and ensurethat iron certifications are current\r\nPerform all duties in compliance with Customer and Company policiesand procedures and applicable regulations\r\nActively participates in safety meetings and assist to identify andaddress risks and hazards\r\nPerform other duties as assigned\r\nComply with DOT regulations\r\nPreferred Qualifications\r\n1. High School diploma, GED or equivalent\r\n2. Basic problem-solving skills\r\n3. Organizational skills\r\n4. Ability to work in adverse weather conditions\r\n5. Ability to effectively communicate both oral and written\r\n6. Customer service skills\r\n7. Oilfield well servicing experience\r\n8. Ability to bend, crouch, and lift objects of up to 75 pounds for extended periods of time\r\n9. Ability to multi-task and be adaptable\r\n10. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment\r\nSpecial Requirements\r\n1. 21 years or older\r\n2. Valid CDL Class A with Air Brakes. Tanker and HAZMAT a plus\r\n3.
