Strong communication and presentation skills are essential for success in this role.To be successful in this role, you should possess strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills, along with a proactive and strategic mindset. This is a highly client-facing position that requires confidence presenting information and building trusted relationships with business leaders. Experience in customer-facing roles, business consulting, or technology strategy is highly valued. Proficiency with Excel is required, and experience creating Power BI dashboards and visualizations is highly desired.General Job Duties IncludeSchedule and conduct business reviews with clients, CTSI Technology Consultants, and Technical Account ManagersGather, analyze, and interpret data to support business reviews and strategic recommendationsGenerate reports, dashboards, and presentations that provide actionable business and technology insightsLead client-facing business reviews and present technology roadmaps aligned with client objectivesAttend monthly business reviews for key clients, document meeting notes, and distribute follow-up summariesServe as a strategic, proactive resource to help clients achieve their business and technology goalsDesign and improve value-driven reporting tools and processesAssist the Technology Consulting Group with client IT lifecycle management planningCreate and maintain shared Excel spreadsheets used across the consulting teamDevelop and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize key business and technology metricsPreferred Skills & QualificationsHigh School Diploma requiredCollege experience preferredPursuing or holding a degree in Technical Communications, Business, Information Technology, or a related field preferredStrong verbal and written communication skillsIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including working with large datasetsExperience creating reports, dashboards, or business presentationsPower BI dashboard development and data visualization experience highly desiredAbility to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiencesStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsGeneral working knowledge of the computer and technology industry Physical RequirementsAbility to sit and work at a computer for extended periodsAbility to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and through video conferencingAbility to occasionally lift and carry standard office equipment and materials Compensation The compensation is expected to start at $55,000.
