This role oversees day-to-day activities of the aircraft structures team, including assigning work, monitoring progress, and ensuring that structural repair and modification tasks are completed safely, efficiently, on time, within budget and in compliance with all regulatory and company standards. The supervisor coordinates with engineering, maintenance, quality control, and other departments to plan work scopes, resolve technical issues, and support project schedules. Daily responsibilities include creating a milestone plan to meet project objectives, guiding and mentoring technicians, reviewing documentation, verifying that tooling and materials are available, and maintaining accurate records of work performed.
