A global leader in business and technology servicesJob Title: Customer Service RepresentativeLocation: Tulare, CA 93274 (Onsite)Duration: 3 Months (Extension Possible)Pay Rate: $23/hr on W2 (Inclusive all)Schedule: Tuesday – Thursday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)Schedule subject to change with advance notice based on class scheduling.Job SummaryThe Customer Solutions Representative 1 will provide administrative and customer support services for the Energy Education Center (EEC). This role involves front desk operations, workshop and event coordination, customer assistance, facility support, and lending program administration. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills with basic Microsoft Office proficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Visitor SupportGreet and assist visitors upon arrivalProvide basic technical support for conference and training roomsCommunicate with vendors, customers, and staffDeliver general customer service supportMaintain EEC mission, values, policies, procedures, and operational standardsWorkshop & Event SupportCoordinate logistics and room setup for workshops and meetingsSupport instructors and internal teams with administrative tasksAssist with registration, attendance tracking, and customer inquiriesProvide customer support before, during, and after workshops/eventsFacilities & Operations SupportSupport building operations and maintenance activitiesOrganize operational documents and assist with document preparationSubmit maintenance requests as neededOrder and manage office and facility suppliesTours & Demonstration SupportAssist SCE teams with equipment demonstrations, consultations, and toursHelp coordinate and schedule toursLending Program SupportMonitor and manage reservations for lending programsPrepare and package equipment based on reservationsSupport equipment pickup and drop-off processesMaintain accurate loan tracking recordsRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalentBasic experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Basic administrative support experience including:Mail sortingPrinting and scanningScheduling appointmentsAnswering phonesStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsPreferred QualificationsBilingual in English and SpanishExperience using internet-based applicationsPrevious customer service or administrative support experienceAbout Trident ConsultingTrident Consulting is an award-winning staffing and consulting firm headquartered in San Ramon, CA.
