We encourage you to apply if you are interested in a secure career with a company that will invest in you.\nWHAT WE OFFER:\n\nPTO\n10 Paid Holidays\nTuition Reimbursement\nHealth Insurance\nVision Insurance\nDental Insurance\nLife Insurance\nLong-Term Disability Insurance\nShort-Term Disability Insurance\nDirect Deposit\nWeekly Pay\n401(k) with matching\nEmployee Assistance Program\nFlexible Spending Accounts\nPOSITION SUMMARY:\nThe Technical Project Coordinator works as a resource in project management, systems implementation and integration, and information technology (IT) support.\n\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nAct as primary resource for the implementation and integration of new and existing business software applications.\nExecute projects through all phases, engaging appropriate resources, and communicating with stakeholders.\nCoordinate multiple projects at a time, staying within scope, identifying & controlling risks, and meeting schedule and deadlines set forth by Eagle Fire Management.\nDevelop and maintain positive relationships with IT department and Eagle Fire system providers/vendors.\nWork with Technical Operations Team to analyze health & maintenance of enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, identify and prioritize defects, enhancements, customizations, and process changes.\nWork with Eagle Fire Management to identify reporting needs in order to create appropriate reports and key performance indicators (KPIs).\nSupports training on new and existing systems.\nAct as a SME and be available to contribute to and review technical documentation of system and operational processes.\nMust continuously adhere to the Eagle Fire’s Controlled Substances and Alcohol Standard.\nExpected to work safely, by using good judgment and follow all Eagle Fire safety policies and work procedures with authority to stop an unsafe act.\nPerforms other related duties as required.\n\nJOB SPECIFICATIONS:\nMust possess excellent technology skills, including Microsoft 365, ERP software, and other related databases.\nMust possess fluency in a wide range of devices (desktop computer, laptop, tablet, cell phone) and operating systems (Microsoft, iOS, Android).\nMust possess understanding of principles in project management, business administration, data analysis, user experience, and other related procedures.\nMust be a self-starter and possess the ability to work alone, handle change, problem solve, & resolve conflicts as they arise with minimal direction.\nMust possess excellent communication & presentation skills, including ability to design presentations and present to audiences both live and remote.\nMust possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail.\nMust be able to handle multiple projects, identify priorities, and manage time-sensitive projects.\nMust maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion, good judgement, and practice good data management & risk management skills.\nMust maintain a positive and professional demeanor.\nMust interact well with all levels of individuals, internally and externally.\nMust exhibit characteristics consistent with encouraging Team concept.\nMust maintain a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.\n\nEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or Project Management Professional (PMP) certified; AND\nMinimum of two (2) years of experience as a project coordinator, project manager, implementation specialist, IT support, data analyst, or equivalent\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:\nMust be able to sit for long periods of time.\nMust be able to use a telephone, computer, & other office equipment.\nIn compliance with the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988, we maintain a drug-free workplace and operate a Drug-Free Workplace program.
