This position is responsible for selecting products, building and securing pallets, staging orders, and operating pallet jack equipment while maintaining a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and productivity.\n\nWhat We Offer\n\nCompetitive starting pay of $21.00/hour\nProductivity incentives – Ability to earn additional incentives\nPaid Time Off (PTO) – Accrual begins upon hire, with PTO available after the 90-day waiting period\nBirthday PTO after completing the 90-day waiting period\nMedical, Dental & Vision Insurance – Available the first of the month following your hire date\nOpportunities for growth and advancement\nTraining and development opportunities\nEmployee appreciation events and engagement activities\n\nWhat You'll Do\n\nAccurately select merchandise from warehouse racks using a handheld WMS system.\nOperate single and double manual or electric pallet jacks.\nConduct inventory and cycle counts as needed.\nManually wrap or operate a shrink-wrap machine to securely prepare products for shipment.\nBuild, load, and stage customer orders for shipment.\nSafely handle products according to company standards and procedures.\nMaintain a clean and organized work area.\nFollow all company, regulatory, and safety policies and procedures.\nPerform other job-related duties as assigned.\nRequirements:\n\nEducation/Experience/Knowledge/Skills:\n\nHS diploma or GED equivalent.\n1+ years’ operating warehouse equipment.\nBasic math skills.\nMust be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.\nAwareness of the safety and official procedures for handling goods and supplies.\nAbility to work a flexible schedule and shift, including weekends if needed.\nAbility to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius while wearing company provided PPE and freezer gear.\nAbility to tolerate heights up to 50 ft and be able to access elevated product from inside safety cage.\nAbility to effectively manage time and meet set targets and deadlines.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to work independently or with a team.\n\nFlexCold is an equal opportunity employer who believes, when diversity in experience, viewpoints, and skill sets is combined with shared values, we achieve the greatest outcomes for our organization and our clients.\n\nThis position requires a pre-employment drug test as a condition of employment.
