They are responsible for working with the client application teams, quality assurance team, and architect team to ensure the delivery of high quality, high value product features.ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Be DoingDevelop massively scaling, user-facing front and backend for web applicationsDesign and implement low-latency, highly available, and performant applicationsBuild reusable code and libraries using efficient, testable coding practicesLogically identify and resolve issues using root cause analysisProvide development support in debugging and resolving defects as assigned, in support of assigned development projects and/or testing effortsProvides estimates of level of work effort and time for completionThis job description in no way implies that the duties listed here are the only ones that team members can be required to performQualificationsWhat You Bring to the TeamBS degree in Computer Sciences, programming or a related discipline or demonstrable equivalent experience1 to 3 years professional experience developing and analyzing web applications using technologies including JavaScript, CSS, SASS or other CSS preprocessor, HTML, REST, and AJAX1 to 3 years professional experience developing and analyzing Salesforce and its Apex coding language.Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming Principles, Data Structures, and AlgorithmsUnderstanding of Agile processes and workflowCapable of analyzing issues in existing code and providing root cause analysis as well as remedy optionsCapable of planning and estimating assigned work items effectivelyExcellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skillsStrong analytical, problem-solving and decision making capabilitiesTeam player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task efficientlySound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential informationExcellent problem-solving skills with ability to analyze situations, identify existing or potential problems and recommend solutionsPhysical Demands and Work EnvironmentThe physical activities of this position include frequent sitting, telephone communication, and working on a computer for extended periods.
