Maintains and delivers training materials, prepares students for operational targeting missions, and ensures compliance with USCYBERCOM, CCoE, and TRADOC standards.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDeliver instruction for the Cyber Effects Application Course (CEAC) using the Army Experiential Learning Model.\nDevelop and maintain curricula, training materials, and student assessments.\nCoordinate with USCYBERCOM, Joint Services, and SMEs to align training with operational standards.\nConduct student evaluations, administer tests, and record performance data.\nMaintain classroom conditions and ensure compliance with Cyber School SOPs.\nProvide administrative support including schedules, rosters, and progress reporting.\nQualifications:\nActive TS/SCI clearance with current SSBI/T5.\n2+ years’ experience in offensive cyberspace operations with USCYBERCOM or service component.\nKnowledge of Joint Targeting Cycle (JP 3-60) and CJCSI Target Development Standards.\nFamiliarity with tools such as JTT, IKE, NPW, MIDB, ATRRS, SharePoint, and Blackboard.\nDemonstrated experience in at least 6 areas (e.g., target vetting/validation, collateral damage/effects estimation, mission package development, participation in Joint Targeting Cycle).\nStrong written and oral communication skills.\nPosition contingent on contract win.\nSummit is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
