We are committed to empowering individuals, strengthening communities, and developing the next generation of behavioral health professionals.Position OverviewRTFNetwork is seeking a Clinical Supervisor Social Work to provide high-quality clinical supervision and leadership within our OMHC program. This position will report directly to the Lead Mental Health Clinician Social Work and play a critical role in supporting LMSWs and other clinical staff in delivering ethical, effective, and compliant services. This is a leadership opportunity for a clinician passionate about mentorship, professional development, and maintaining clinical excellence across programs.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide clinical supervision to LMSWs in accordance with Maryland Board of Social Work Examiners requirementsReview, sign, and ensure accuracy of clinical documentation, including notes, assessments, and treatment plansEnsure all clinical duties, documentation, and supervisory responsibilities are completed in a timely manner in accordance with RTFNetwork policies and standardsSupport clinicians in diagnostic formulation, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventionsEnsure compliance with COMAR, Medicaid, and Joint Commission standardsCollaborate with the Lead Mental Health Clinician Social Work and interdisciplinary leadership teamProvide guidance on risk assessment, crisis intervention, and ethical decision-makingAssist in onboarding, training, and development of new clinicians and internsMonitor clinician productivity, documentation timeliness, and quality of careParticipate in team meetings, case consultations, and performance improvement initiatives, and carry a small caseloadPerform other duties as assigned to support the operations and clinical excellence of RTFNetworkQualificationsMaster of Social Work (MSW) degree from an accredited universityActive Maryland LCSW-C license in good standingBoard-approved Clinical Supervisor for LMSWs in Maryland (required)Approval to supervise LGPCs preferredMinimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical experienceStrong knowledge of DSM-5-TR diagnosis, treatment planning, and clinical best practicesExperience working in OMHC, community-based, or outpatient behavioral health settingsStrong leadership, organizational, and documentation skillsAbility to support and develop early-career cliniciansCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive compensation (fee-for-service or salaried options available based on role structure)Leadership development opportunities within a growing organizationOpportunities to supervise interns and multidisciplinary staffFlexible scheduling options (in-office, hybrid, or remote components based on program needs)Supportive team environment aligned with a mission-driven cultureOpportunities to contribute to program development (OMHC, SUD, Supported Employment, IOP)Why Join RTFNetwork?At RTFNetwork, you are more than a supervisoryou are a leader shaping the future of behavioral health.
