Tuesday-Saturday schedule\n\n*Job Summary:*Program Assistants will greet all guests, onboard new participants, communicate with the Outreach Coordinator to ensure new participants receive orientation, maintain a safe welcoming program environment, be responsible for evening and weekend attendance input and clear communication to Operations Coordinator to maintain files\n\n*Major Duties:*\n\n* Provide clerical support to the program staff, including ensuring adequate coverage at the front desk, maintaining files, creating documents and related tasks.\n* Log in and promptly, professionally and efficiently assist all visitors and participants upon arrival.\n* Develop and compile statistical data for reports as needed from DYCD Connect\n* Enrolls new participants into Discover DYCD and DYCD connect system\n* Closes out and properly files case records when families have ended services.\n* Assist with program special events.\n* Report equipment and maintenance needs & follows-up to completion.\n* Pro-actively problem solves building and front desk challenges.\n* Ensure participants sign in and out daily.\n* Attend job related training and staff meetings.\n* Perform other duties as assigned.\n\n*Qualifications:*\n\n* High School Diploma plus one-year experience required.\n* Must be proficient in Word, Excel & Outlook.\n* Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.\n* Must have a commitment to work from a strength based and/or youth development perspective.\n* Must be flexible to meet the needs of the program and the organization.\n\n*General Requirements*:\n\nAll staff are expected to be committed to the mission, vision and values of Graham- Windham, which includes involvement in quality improvement activities and a willingness and
