Front Desk Receptionist

Overview We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency with office management tools, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Prior office experience, including clerical duties and familiarity with medical or dental reception, is highly valued. Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse clientele. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, computer literacy, and a friendly demeanor to ensure smooth daily operations. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Schedule appointments and maintain calendar management using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading with accuracy Use QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks as needed Support office management functions including filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, or in person Assist with administrative tasks such as typing correspondence and managing emails Maintain organization of front desk area to ensure a welcoming environment Support personal assistant duties or medical/dental receptionist responsibilities if required Qualifications Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or reception roles; medical or dental receptionist experience is advantageous Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry software Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and proofreading abilities Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure Bilingual language skills are preferred to serve diverse populations effectively Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is a plus Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills—both verbal and written Demonstrated time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively This position offers an opportunity to be an integral part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing outstanding service in a professional setting.
