Responsibilities: Manage financial reporting and accounting for multiple subsidiaries within a decentralized structure, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Act as a control point and facilitate information flow between subsidiaries and corporate headquarters. Develop proficiency in creating standard and ad-hoc reports using Hyperion and Excel. Conduct periodic reviews of subsidiary procedures for compliance and partner with Internal Audit. Identify and communicate best practices to subsidiaries, implementing action items from internal audits. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding non-public financial, operational, and acquisition-related information. Requirements: Inquisitive nature with a strong desire to learn the business. Ability to produce complete, accurate, timely, and actionable work. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively in teams and with diverse personality types. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products. Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 3-4 years of experience with a Big Four public accounting firm or another major firm. 4-5 years of overall work experience in accounting/finance.
