With great customer service in mind to support our local client (Xcel Energy in their Lakewood, Colorado office), we are looking for an Administrative Support - Damage.What You'll DoResponsibilities may include:• Creating and/or generating reports and tracking documents• Review, for completeness and accuracy, data, documents, spreadsheets, financials, reports, placemats, scorecards, etc. Errors, formatting issues, and the like, to be resolved before publishing or posting• Ticket Screening• Some outbound telephone work• Support Service Center Representatives as needed• Develop and maintain processes and procedures (step by step, workflow charts, etc.)What You'll BringMust demonstrate the following abilities:• Meet performance expectations and metrics• Interpret and communicate gas and electric distribution and transmission field and engineering records• Strong presentational skills• Communicate effectively (written and oral) between internal and external customers, and the excavating community.• Must be proficient in computer programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams• Ability to adapt to specialized software programs• Capability of gathering and analyzing data for reporting accuracy• General understanding of industry standards, processes and utility practicesWhat You'll GetQuanta Services offers a comprehensive benefits package including 100% employer-paid Medical, Dental, Vision, Hearing, Prescription, life insurance and disability benefits and generous 401(k) retirement plan matching contribution.The hourly rate for this position generally ranges between $21.00 - 25.00. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law. The range may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rule 4.1.2.**Please note that the compensation information above is a good faith estimate for this position only and is provided pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and Equal Pay Transparency Rules.
