Health Plan Product Solutions Lead
A company is looking for a Product Solutions Lead (Health Plan Segment).
Key Responsibilities
Act as the "Field Architect" alongside Health Plan sales teams to identify and address Payer objections
Translate market needs into structured recommendations for the internal product organization
Partner with Payer Finance and Actuarial teams to build and validate the business case for product value
Required Qualifications
8-12+ years in Health Plan Operations or Strategy, specifically within Commercial Markets
Proven history of managing or influencing a health plan's P&L
Experience in cross-functional solutioning between Sales and IT/Operations
Deep understanding of Payer financial mechanics and regulatory requirements
Ability to differentiate product needs across various segments such as Commercial and Medicare Advantage
