This role is hands-on and requires attention to detail while following production processes and quality standards.\n\nJob Responsibilities:\n\n• Rotate through tasks within the production process\n• Assemble entire products or components as part of a team\n• Follow work instructions and determine proper procedures\n• Assist in the production of wiring assemblies\n• Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts (if trained/assigned)\n• Shovel and sweep work areas to maintain cleanliness\n• Support general production and warehouse duties as needed\n\nPhysical Requirements:\n\n• Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per day\n• Frequent walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs\n• Repetitive use of hands and wrists\n• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment\n\nDress Code / Work Environment:\n\n• Steel-toe shoes required\n• Long pants and long sleeves required\n• Facility is not climate controlled, temperatures may vary seasonally\n\nQualifications:\n\n• High school diploma or GED required\n• 0–2 years of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred\n• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions\n• Team player with good communication skills\n• Basic understanding of production and quality control processes preferred\n\nIf you are reliable, motivated, and looking for a long-term opportunity in manufacturing, we encourage you to apply.\n\nPay Details: $17.00 per hour\n\nBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
