This role sits within the AI Delivery team and focuses on building and delivering innovative solutions across document processing, workflow automation, and client insights platforms.This is a highly cross-functional role requiring strong product thinking, business analysis, and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct & RequirementsGather and translate business needs into clear product requirementsFacilitate user story workshops and backlog refinementCreate wireframes and UI/UX mockups for design alignmentMaintain product documentation and ensure clarity across teamsDelivery & ExecutionPartner with technology teams to deliver AI and automation solutionsSupport UAT planning, execution, and validationTrack delivery timelines, risks, and milestonesAssist with rollout planning and stakeholder communicationVendor / Third-Party ManagementManage delivery for vendor-supported solutionsEnsure vendor alignment with requirements and timelinesSupport onboarding and operational readinessOversee project tracking for vendor workstreamsRequired Qualifications7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Delivery, or Business ExecutionStrong experience gathering requirements and writing user storiesExperience working in Agile environmentsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience supporting technology or data-driven initiativesPreferred QualificationsExperience with AI, GenAI, automation, or workflow platformsExperience in Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) or financial servicesExperience with vendor/third-party managementExposure to UI/UX (wireframes, mockups)Experience in regulated enterprise environmentsKey CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to translate business needs into technical requirementsCross-functional collaborationDelivery-focused mindsetAbility to manage ambiguity and complexity
