HR Operations Senior Manager

Our client is a highly regarded hedge fund in Manhattan and they are looking to hire a hands-on HR Operations Manager. Please note, this role sits on-site Monday-Friday. Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations Regional ManagerLead regional HR operations, serving as a key partner to business and HR leadershipManage and develop a high-performing team to deliver efficient, high-quality HR servicesOversee core HR processes (payroll, benefits, onboarding, employee lifecycle) with a focus on accuracy and consistencyEnsure compliance with local laws, company policies, and audit requirements across the regionDrive continuous improvement of HR processes, workflows, and service deliveryHelp with transformational operations changes with communication between business units and HRBPIdeal candidate profile:8+ years of HR Ops expExperience managing direct reportsFinancial services experience is strongly preferred Bachelor's degree requiredExperience in the transformation of the HR function is required The salary range for this role is $150,000-$250,000, plus a discretionary bonus, commensurate with experience.
