Documents may include foreclosure, collection, civil, and litigation notices. This is a 1099 contract position with weekly pay per completed job.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nServe legal documents within assigned areas\n\nManage assignments using ProVest’s mobile apps (PVLS & PSO Mobile)\n\nReturn completed documents\n\nPlan routes and manage your own schedule\n\nMaintain a professional and courteous approach at all times\n\nQualifications\nWe are looking for reliable, self-motivated individuals who:\n\nLive in or near the listed counties\n\nHave strong time management and organizational skills\n\nAre comfortable working independently\n\nCommunicate clearly and professionally\n\nAre comfortable using mobile technology\n\nValue accuracy, honesty, and professionalism\n\nRequirements\n\nTennessee residency (near listed counties preferred)\n\nAvailability 3–5 days per week, including Saturdays\n\nAbility to complete 15–20 service attempts per day\n\nWillingness to visit courthouses for document pickup and drop-off\n\nReliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance\n\nAccess to a computer, printer, and scanner\n\nFlexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends\n\nComfortable using mobile apps for documentation and reporting\n\nPreferred Experience\n\nPrivate Investigators\n\nExperienced Process Servers\n\nLaw Enforcement or Security background\n\nSupport Provided\nYou will have a dedicated Tennessee liaison for support.
