With minimal oversight, you will direct the preparation of test and diagnostic programs, design advanced test fixtures and equipment, and develop comprehensive specifications and procedures for new products. You will independently manage labor, schedules, and equipment requirements for testing and evaluating both standard and specialized devices, while providing technical leadership to cross-functional teams and mentoring junior engineers.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop test fixtures/hardware and printed circuit boards to support device test and calibration.\nDevelop test and calibration software, commonly using .Net, NI LabVIEW / Test Stand, and/or C#.\nUtilize custom designed test systems and/or industry standard ATEs for device test and characterization.\nWork with Engineering team to determine test and calibration requirements.\nCollaborate with a multifunctional and multi-site international team to support device test, characterization, and qualification for new product releases\nServe as a trusted advisor to the leadership team and a role model of accountability, transparency, and collaboration.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related technical field.\nAdvanced expertise in developing comprehensive test strategies and diagnostic systems to validate product functionality against specifications and identify complex performance issues.\nSignificant experience designing and building complex test fixtures, equipment, and standardized test procedures to ensure accurate, repeatable results across multiple product lines.\nProven ability to lead qualification and testing efforts, including defining testing standards, improving quality systems, and ensuring alignment with industry requirements and benchmarks.\nStrong technical leadership skills, with demonstrated success solving complex system- and equipment-level issues, mentoring engineers, and collaborating across cross-functional teams.\nSolid capability in managing testing resources across multiple projects, optimizing schedules, equipment utilization, and overall efficiency.\nTechnical proficiency and working knowledge of software development principles, including object-oriented programming, and advanced understanding of PCB design principles.\nPre-Employment Requirements\nAll offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of a background check and pre-employment drug screening.\nDue to the nature of the operations at this facility and the requirements of the position, consideration as an applicant for this position will be limited to individuals who are either a US Citizen or a US Permanent Resident.
